Preparation Method:
Plain rotti:
Take sufficient amount of Panchashakthirotti mix and add salt to taste. Add hot water to knead the dough. Leave at least half an hour and prepare the required roti’s.
Masala Rotti:Take sufficient amount of panchashakthirotti mix and add finely chopped onions, coriander leaves,mintleaves,green chillies, pounded groundnuts,jeera,salt etc. Mix thoroughly and add hot water to knead the dough .Leaveatleast half an hour and prepare the requiredrotis.
